- How to track Customer activities based on search keywords, categories and items.
Customer Re-targeting #
Customer Retargeting is meant to track the activities of the customer on the website based on the number of times the categories/item page has been visited by the customers and based on the keywords that are used for searching any specific thing on the website by the customers.
- Click Marketing.
- Click Customer Re-targeting. In the Message Customer Re-targeting page, the data is generated on daily basis. There are three different types of customer activities (Refer table 1). The reports for the customer activities can be exported specific to the number of days selected (can be 7 days/30 days/60 days/All Orders).
Type | Description |

Product | Defines the number of times the customers visited the particular product page. |
Category | Defines the number of times the customers visited the particular Category page. |
Keywords | Defines the number of times the customers searched using the particular keywords. |
